Investing in Saskatchewan Farmland

Do you want to know more about investing in Saskatchewan farmland?

Investing in Saskatchewan farmland is a lot easier on the pocketbook than in British Columbia! It’s also a lot harder for foreign buyers – impossible in fact. Saskatchewan has banned non-Canadian investors and pensions from land ownership. If this changes, land prices would likely skyrocket.

British Columbia is the only province to not have any restrictions on foreign ownership, consequently prices are reaching all-time highs. Some land with residential zoning has reached a high of $312,000. Ted estimates the range in Saskatchewan is from $800-$3,300 per acre depending on soil conditions, location, and numerous other factors.
