New Restrictions from the Saskatchewan Farm Security Board
In October, 2017, the Government of Saskatchewan introduces new measures, consequently, further restricting the acquisition of farmland by a trust.
An additional section is now a part of The Saskatchewan Farm Security Regulations. This section defines who qualifies as a beneficiary.
